On this week’s All Kinds of Crazy episode we dysh with Emily who has confronted both physical and mental illness. She shares how her experiences were an integration of both. She was diagnosed with depression, anxiety, an eating disorder and shortly after would fracture her hip. She spent six months in a rehab clinic to address her mental and physical health. She was also involved in a major car accident which set her progress back. At the age of 26 she had her hip replaced and the pain relief also led to mental relief.
