On our first AKoC since the pandemic we invite our cousin Tianna (T) to dysh on her mental health journey. We announce T’s new role on the team and how excited we are to have her. T opens up about the wonder years (pre-teen) and how those years weren’t kind. Recently T decided to take her mental health in her hands and went searching for answers. She reveals how she turned this negative pandemic experience into something positive. T shares the one feeling that drives her toward better mental health.
