On this week’s episode I dysh with my producer/engineer Elliot on his mental health journey. Going to an arts school Elliot says marijuana was a part of the culture and it quickly became a part of his lifestyle. He talks about how he started to use drugs and alcohol heavily in his younger years. He talks about his first manic episode and how public it was because of social media. He discusses his hospitalization being a wake-up call. Elliot was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder but still questions it.
